Returns Policy
Defective or damaged products
If your product is damaged, defective or you are unsatisfied with the quality in any way, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
Please notify us at contact@tileables.com as soon as you become aware of the issue and within 6 months of receipt. We will arrange for a courier to collect the product in its original packaging, and once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the outcome of the process. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to deliver a replacement product to you. Please allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of the product for this process to be completed.
Changed Your Mind?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will send you a full refund provided that the product is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please notify us at contact@tileables.com within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a courier to collect the product, and once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the outcome of the process. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, less the courier fee. Please allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of the product for this process to be completed.
